Anyone having billing issues.?

I can't get in the game as my subs is due an update but soe keep saying they can't process my payment. i ended up trying at least 6 cards.. my debit card and credit card then tried my bro's and my dads but nothing!!!

is there an issue with there system? any info's would be great.
When i tried chat support i got nothing i'm assuming july 4th didn't help..

Yeah loads of people have had issues, soe say its ur bank but its not its there system. And that free gameplay thing doesnt seem to apply to everyone a lot of people i know havnt been able to get it once there sub ends, maybe its too close to ur sub ending and the whole idea was to bring people back not allow current subscribers to play free. So much for loyality eh :P I got free gameplay on my second account but that hadnt been active for months

Happened to me too Mono when I had a break, tried and tried and tried, eventually the next day, the card that was failing ... WORKED ... lol

Try changing the payments to US.. costs a little more but works most of the time......

There's been some change to the way recurring billing or international billing is being handled by the banks. I don't know all the details and whatnot, but when I spoke to my bank about troubles I had, they told me the odds of getting a 'referral' were far higher than previously. In a shop a referral means a phone call to the card authoriser, on the interwebz it means a declined payment, and it absolutely will not go through without a shove from your bank.

This change happened late last year iirc btw. This shit has been going on for a while.

I STILL can't buy pizza from Domino's over the net. Oh well, guess it stops me getting fat.
