Default Giving out buffs

Ok,

So i play a coercer, dirge and various other regen/utility toons as well as lead raids.

I know who i should put my buffs on and what benefit each have but for some reason people still nag and have ago.

Would any1 like to tell their tale of woe as a utility class or a RL? lol

More people that share the more fun this thread could be :D

Will putfirst one is as well....

Leading a T7 DT raid a few weeks ago and due to it being a PU i had lots of wizies, and only on troubie. Sooo first problem who gets the troub, and all of em were saying they wanted to be with troub (obviously).

So i start moving groups around and people actually started sending nasty tells to me about why i hadnt put them with the troub....ended up with people leaving.

NOTE TO SELF: No more than 4mages on a raid :p

Idiots who are completely incapable of standing near the raidforce after a wipe and expect me to go running around looking for them to rebuff them.

Tanks who can't get it into their heads that spellcasters cannot buff and run at the same time.

Hmm as Illus i would have to say i hate it when wizzies cast rays totally ruins my casting flow luckily i dont have that prob anymore.

As a healer i have a huge pet peeve, i hate it when ppl stay dead after wipes and dont revive if they can frikking annoying when the rest of the raid revives and buffs then were left waiting for some lazy ass tool to get a rez and get buffed, and its usually the ones with the most buffs.

Rays is an amazing spell for illusionists if the illusionist can time it correctly.. via a acccurate warning from the wizzard.

The wizard community does NOT do "accurate warnings"

Be warned

Uhhh, if an Enchanter has an issue with Rays, I bet the issue is, they're too stupid to realize it's increasing their DPS, no matter what.

Rays <3

While it is annoying when not announced it still ups my DPS thus making me a happy caster.

Worst thing really are players (in general) who feel the need to make a group macro or, even worse, a tell macro for every damn group and single target buff they have. PoTM, CoB, Rays, Dispatched and Jesters are nice to know, but other than that.. come on..

For some reason some people think others give a damn who they are putting a heal on, or who they are giving a buff that really has no other place of going on that one person they say it is going on. I mean, who except the person casting the heal would care about it being cast? If my HP is low I EXPECT the healer to heal me, he doesn't have to tell me, the group or the raid. Me knowing a heal has been cast won't cause me to DPS more or less, or tank better or worse. It is the out-of-the-ordinary stuff that might need announcing, or stuff that changes other people's play for a short moment. Not all sorts of dumb spam noone really cares about. Just makes it more difficult to filter out what really is useful.

oh and rezz tell macros... /curse
