Default working shif and raiding sucks

For some time ive been paying around with the idear of making
a raiding guild for ppl in the same situation as me.

Im sure there are a lot of dedicated ppl out there who likes to raid
as mutch as me and they have to be backup, coz there raid attendence
cant be high enogth for a sure spot on raids.

Its not coz im unhappy with my current situation, its more coz when
i work day shift id like to raid as mutch as posibal and when im working evening
i like to do instance in the midday and maby
a low T8 raid after midnight.

so im kind of wondering, are there a base for a guild like that on Splitpaw.

So feel free to drop a note here orr see if you can catch me IG

So what are u saying u work days and want to raid nights or work nights and wanna raid days or a bit of both?

Cause there are guilds on sp that do raid during daytime and night times, or possibly find one that has a not so high or optional raiding attendence.

As for ppl who might wanna form one i have no idea :/

im working 4 days evening (15-23,30) and 1 week day time (6-15)

i am in a raid alliance atm and only missing 1-2 raids every 2 week, witch im very happy with
But if there are lot of ppl out there who suffers the pain of Pu raids and are interested
in forming a guild based shifting raid houres, so they match oure work houre
i myself might be very interested in doing so.

I think there are already too many raiding guilds on this server. I used to work the nightshift before, but was fortunate enough to get into my current guild with my 70% attendance at that time. Since then I'v goten a new job and my attendance has improved. But I think there's several guilds out there for people that work shifts that dont require quite as much but still do really good. If they are the right class AND know how to play it.

The idear with this guild is, if ppl who are working shift houres are interested
is doing 5-6 raids a week, when ppl are working day time
and 3-4 a week when work evening.
and high raid attendance at around +65 % orr more

But still its just an idear ive been playing around with, and wondering if ppl are interested
