Can a successful t7/t8 swashbuckler even be considered a good player? With short-cooldown-dps tempbuffs, reach for all of their CA's (which all can be used from any side of the target), insane pvp-burst damage, stuns, mezzes, track, and evac.... I find it hard to think that any swash is NOT at least a general or better. To obtain the title of overseer as a swashy pretty much means that you know the basics of pvp in everquest2 and are ready to start a character with an intermediate or even advanced difficulty-of-play level. Lol it's like using game-genie for eq2
