I would agree on most of this really but I am not 100 % positive either because I am using Betrayal's Song and Carotidcutter. I think I need to have both a pierce and a slash weapon.

Fencer i use for most any other grps.. DA + Haste on Fencer is nuts with a Carotidcutter but with IA and Rapidity from Illy and Dirge buffs Duel wielding is crazy soo.. For me it depends on setup of grp.
your a swashy ...you should be around 100%~ haste before any buffs from caco.fanat.rapidity. this wpn is sick for a swashy using wis line.
the hate proc is no diff than a wpn proc that hits for 500~ the only diff is you get no dps from the proc. but saying its bad cos its a hate proc ..do you not use weapons that proc damage ? cos thats a hate proc to ;/

with around 100dps this wpn will crit for around 5-6k. add that to 3.3sec delay and 100% db attack = a shit ton of dps.

Carotidcutter is far better than the Nathsar Short sword.
But the nathsar SS does have an edge over the anaphylaxis.

I am not saying the NSW does not have an Edge over the Anaphalaxis, but going DW Anaphalaxis and Coratidcutter are Def. the way to go if you are staying away from Raid Zones. But as far as Fencing goes Def. would go with the Carotidcutter over NSW. Yall are right, the NSW with a 6 sec Delay does hit like a Mac Truck with a hell of a crit, but Critting at 5-6K with a Hate Proc on it is alot dif then a weapon that Crits at 2.5-3K with a Dot. I am not sure how or what poisons you use but I have a hell of a problem pulling agro of the MT/Tank. Besides even with 100% Haste mod you drop the delay on the Carotidcutter down to 1.9 to 2.0 Sec Delay while the NSW only drops to a 3-3.5 sec delay.. Timing is easier and Auto Attack procs more.. This is my opinion but hey if something works better for you then go with it.

Not really. Anaphylaxis is terrible, particularly with non-matching delays.

If you're not raiding, go for Carotidcutter and Arbiter of Absolution. Arbiter may have *sort of* low max damage, but crit chance makes it about even with Soulfire, maybe not *quite* as good.

A better combo thatn Anaphylaxis/Carrot cutter, either way, though.

Its a .5 Dif in delays .. yes that sucks.. but throw and extra halp second in your wait on CA's ... No matter what your hast is the weapons are scaled down evenly.. there is always .5 no more no less. So add .5 secs and your gtg. The major problem comes from unmatching delays is when there is more than 1 sec difference. I have not had any problem on timeing with the .5 difference

Stop this please. It's stupid and retarded. I dunno why you hate anaphylaxis so much but your info is based on nothing.

Anaphylaxis is a GOOD solid weapon for DW or wis, 4.5 sec delay or not. Stop trying to make it seem shitty.

Ana is a fantastic weapon for me, if I was DWing I would probably use CC if it ever dropped.

My Zerker has the Nathsar, that sword is hilarious
