When you don't have preheals a 15k instant hit is kinda painful.

So far in my testing I cannot push agro from me to a fighter

In a normal group situation it has limited use and is occasionally risky.

I can use it to rescue the tanks so that bit works fine

Rescuing other players has its issues:

1. Ranger pulls aggro
2. I click on the ranger and then SOH (no joy Ranger is targeting tank)
3. I target the mob and hit SOH only to find the SK MT hit death march a second before I hit SOH and now I have stolen agro for MT
4. I hit Hideaway now ranger has aggro again.

Tanks have many abilities to get aggro… and this sort of mess with that.

As much as I love tanking with my swashy, I think this ability will step on to many tanks toes to be useful.

Like, this skill would have been useful last tier for raiding, I could actually take a few hits from an epic mob then and usually could stay up long enough holding aggro for the MT to get rebuffed and get aggro back. But now, with all these double attacks and shit, there's pretty much 0 time between me having aggro and me being dead. The spike damage intrinsic to these encounters makes them so challenging! Oh wait, no, just retarded and random.

Random deaths from double attacks that you can't overcome with timing and skill = retarded.

Quick newb question...or maybe not?

Does SoH work while targetting through the mob, or do you have to have the person directly targetted that you want to use SoH on?

I was trying to use it through the mob last night and it was working maybe 1 out of 10 times....so um? heh

Despite saying in the past how much i hate this skill, IF it had worked last night to throw agro to the tank i woulda actually used the bloody thing. Tank got da'd for a billion, OT went down like a sack of shit and i ended up tanking it for a while. If i had been able to throw it back to the now alive tank, it wouldn't have gone around beating the hell outta all the squishies :/ and wiping us

I'll admit, though, it is MUCH more difficult, reason being, while you swap hate positions, the spell adds a large amount of threat to the target if they're a fighter, which can often negate the hate swap.

I would venture to say it's working as intended, it's just not very effective on fighters

If it actually fucking swapped hate and then gave the tank additional hate why the fuck would the mob never change targets from me? Seriously, it doesn't fucking work.
