Maybe all my hatemail worked. j/k. at least somebody is looking at it...but. Still isn't what it should be unfortunatly. I think they bit off more then they could chew with a hate swap spell or something.

Just make it an attack that decreases mobs chance to double attack by 5-10% or some shit.

So, I haven't really logged on my swashy in about 2 weeks now. Have they even fixed Sleight of Hand yet or have the devs just said fcuk it, there's not enough swashy's around to make a fix for this spell high enough priority to fix?
