Replacement Haste Item

I have the Flawless Dragonhide Belt as my haste item, but it's T7. I'd like to get a replacement belt that is T8 so I can put the +30CA adornment on it... but... I'm torn with what item to replace it with.

I have 6 pieces of Impetuous armor, so I don't want to give up those pieces... I have the fabled Thugga neck, the Ty-whatever shackle that I don't want to give up...

That leaves...

Boots, wrist, rings, belt or cloak. Any good T8 haste items that fit those slots? T8 being level 70 or above? I haven't managed to win the MMIS cloak yet, which would be perfect.... but I really need to move on.

There is a 35% haste ring from the 6th named in VP. Ring of Dark Intent. There is also a haste cloak that drops from the Overking.

Well the haste cloak from Overking is only T2...

Cloak of Flames is 25 haste, and the T8 mastercrafted is 26, those are probably your best bet.

edit: I have no idea what level CoF is

I would say Cloak of Flames if you want to go through the joy of camping for the pages and everything since its a HQ. If you don't want to do that I would say just get the MC T8 cloak.

Cloak of Flames is lvl 65.

Dude, just get Mayong cloak... 30% haste and 2% crit, who cares if it's not T8..

overking is also a technically more demanding fight than half of T4, heh

Kindred Cloak of the Warrior is 25% Haste from MMIS. It also has +2 Melee Crit Chance.
Drops from Cheroon on occasion and possibly other bosses in the zone. That saved me from the hassle of doing the heritage quest.

Mayong Cloak is better and more easily obtainable at this point, MMIS is a personal favorite zone of mine when i play my swash and wouldn't mind going back in there for it.
