You just need 5 salt. If the bird doesnt take a cracker, resummon untill it does. It didnt take a cracker out of my inventory untill the fucker actually ate one.

I personally got it on the first try. A guildy relogged three times and got it to take the first cracker he made. Therefor, I assume you only need 5

You need to drink 3 of the pots, so find a jcap and some porn for this part, then return to the guys in somborn/sq.

Relgineld is definitely no where in sight when I returned after getting my updates 30 min intervals. Not on track, and wont pop when I go down and try climbing up the walls , either. Was he in a different /loc once you all completed the 3 Tear updates? I'm not sure if I'm bugged, or what. Gona /petition if no one else knows whats up.

Er, I know where he spawns. Chillin at his table with the 2 mugs and he isn't there.

A tip for the part requiring the flaming wood:

Normally this wood burns you and can spawn mobs when you approach it, but I've found if you find a pond surrounded by these nodes, you can get in the water and approach the wood slowly and usually standing below it due to the slope, and the burn/mob effect is a rare occurance. I'm not sure if this is due to positioning, height, or just standing in the water, but it made this part much faster for me.
