I checked Forsaken City, nada. Silent City/Living Tombs is a possibility. I mentioned Neriak in the world wide channel but not sure how that would work.

On Step 5, part 3. Finding that Relg guy, when you get up the cliff and you're by the table with the poison, does he spawn or do you need to do something first before he reveals himself?

when do we get our weapon, im tooo impatient to do these quests. However i must admit it is quite a challenge going back and forth between qeynos RoK/Eof being Exiled! Exiled fTW, anyone else whos exiled doing this. i feel your pain

Never had to spawn him he was just up. Probably just have to wait for him to respawn.
