when do we get our weapon, im tooo impatient to do these quests. However i must admit it is quite a challenge going back and forth between qeynos RoK/Eof being Exiled! Exiled fTW, anyone else whos exiled doing this. i feel your pain
One word... Wormholes! Tinkered wormholes are actually worth it when you're exiled.
Oh... almost forgot... Stein of Recollection or Stein of the Alesmith work wonders too

If he is not up you must spawn him by skirting the water past the cliffs of insanity (climbing wall) toward the shreiking eels Aqua Goblins). He will spawn and you chase him up the wall.

2nd update for finding jones in 'a pirate's wake' is in Chardok, fly to sokokar post and backtrack to the water room. -481.20, -85.66, -336.33 mob is 80^^^ 'a drenched zombie'
