You can't keep a 12s duration proc up all the time? Do you raid with 0 haste?

Not too happy about a DoT based damage component but at least it's not 24s with 4s ticks or something lame like that.

The very fact that multiple people came in here and said the transfer portion should be permanent proves that something is slightly wrong with that proc.

Also as I've said countless times, swashies have no problem with hate and neither do the people they put their transfers on ( if they're worth a shit ) so a PROC of 4% just doesn't cut it like you think it does.

H/e I would be all for making it perma 4%, instead of having it proc.

I'm sorry you can't accept that SOE lets us down...again.

All the hyperbole is the world isn't going to change the fact that this proc is absolutely horrendous.

8% crits, 8% da, a debuff + haste, your next attack will do max dmg, 4% hate transfer. One of these things is not like the others!

...and for the record, no, I wasn't angry because we didn't get a dmg ca at 80, I was angry because we didn't get a useful ca.

No I was one of the swashies that was mad because our CA didn't work...at all, o wait it still doesn't work properly.

And your being emo tbh, nowhere in this thread did anyone even start complaining about the swashy class, this whole thread is about the PROC. So please stay on topic.

And arkarius even tho this is the heroic version it still doesn't justify this proc. By that logic everything sub t8 should suck because hey, you'll replace it anyway with the "real" thing @ 80. Though I highly suspect the raid epic will lower our SoH immunity and thus be useless, but hey I have high hopes lmao.

It doesn't justify the transfer being a proc, that's true.

So now it's considered emo to bring up a proc that offers little of no use to us?

I feel sorry for anyone who thinks a proc of 4% more on our already master 2 hate transfer is on par or even close to what other people got.

I've already even stated that if it was changed to being a perma 4% then I would find that more then suitable, but right now as a proc, it's just stupid.
