Naw, I'm saying the extra hate xfer actually is noticeably better IMO (in OT group or MT group).
I'm generally not in the MT group, but when the coercer is MIA, and I'm in MT group with 3 healers (which sucks for dps)...with the added hate xfer, I really don't see anyone able to gank aggro off the MT really at all in most fights. Also, if you are in a dps group with no real tank, the extra % you give to a bard or healer makes it that much harder for you to gank aggro.
Only gripe I have with the proc is that I would prefer straight out piercing dmg proc like brigand, and I would prefer static 27 % M2 hate rather than a proc.
