I now is a bit lame for a first post on eq2flames, but I want to know what is the best non-raid equipment for a 80 swashy (with names if possible), so I can compare with what I have
Like carotidcutter with vampiric, or anaphylaxis, set pieces or treasured armor, etc...

Anaphylaxis hits harder than carotid 99% of the time, I tested it in pvp the other day, should be the same for pve.

Yeah it does. But that delay does not really make that large of a difference with a small amount of haste. It is a pretty moot point when you have about 30 haste with a small difference like .5

well ill take the shitty ass proc + 5 DA on carot anyday over the 15 (or so) higher max dmg and the halfdecent proc on anaphylaxis
