Raiding Swashi Casting Order.
I was taking a look back at some old info on this forums but it looks like that most of the previous information posted on casting orders was t7 and beyond.
Was wondering if anything changed..
Seems like the typical thing for most classes is debuff first then start with the basic CA's but i was wondering if anyone wanted to go more in depth on the subject.
For example:
Lead-off / blaming blade. Possible resist however it gives the tank that extra boost of hate gain early on.
En-Garde. best time to use? do you normally perfer to use it solo or coupled with inspiration?
Inspiration. Best to use on CoB calls? or whenever spell is up just use?
Finesse/Relentless. are striaght forward however do you couple them as well or spread them out for sustained dps throughout the fight?
---------------------
Auto-attack timing - Generally speaking - how much haste do you normally have in a raid ( i would guess at 25-30 haste item, 60 self buff and 22 from monks ) and how many CA's would you shoot for in between autoattacks using 4.0 delay weapons?
( i know that temp buffs from sk / inquis might throw this off but im just going buy the amount of haste you generally have in a fight)
I apologize if these questions seem stupid / noobish - my main is a coercer and i feel ive mastered his playstyle out- thought i give my swash a try seeing that they are great dps once you get things in order.
Thanks in Advance.

Re: Raiding Swashi Casting Order.
I've read all those CA rotations on those old post and tried a couple. for the most part they're all the same but i still like what i use.
As far as haste goes from what i've asked and seen.. That's the last thing to think about and completely unavoidable unless you cancel all raid hastes like monks, and if you're with an illu or inqui then cancel their buffs to and also leave suprious bravado off... If you're using 4.0 weapons and get rid of anything over 30 haste then you can spam CA's and every 5 auto attck will do it's own thing. That's if you have sailwind tho. if you don't then same thing but auto attack will go off every 4 CA's... Honestly you lose DPS doing this tho. Best thing to do is just get 1 haste item (i aim for minimun 25 stand alone haste) and just in between every CA wait half a second then hit the next. with sailwind if you wait that half second between CA's your auto attack will go off when it does and you're not losing too much time between CA casts waiting for auto attack to come if it's already been passed up.
For nameds I use all temp buffs. Perfect Finese, Ruthless Cunning, On gaurd, then inspire. After names I use on gaurd and Inspire every time it's up unless waiting to use FOR named i know is coming up...
When I do use the on gaurd inspire combo and there it is a group encounter I will get my two AOEs off first so inspire hits everything twice and then hit the faster CAs... tripple blade and uncanny reflexes, eye point etc etc.
As for spacing temp buffs as said before i blow them all on nameds regardless of how long they take and always cast the long lasting ones before pull so I dun have to worry about casting those before i can start getting the DPS pumping.
Hope this all helps.

Avoidance debuffs followed by mit debuffs followed by offensive debuffs followed by whatever, imo.
Maximizes your hit rates and how much you hit for while getting everything off.

Re: Raiding Swashi Casting Order.
I gotta agree with Leithe... about debuff orders... make them as easy to hit as possible then unload what you can.. as far a temp buffs go..
On names its (single target) I burn Inspire with CoB and I space out my Perfect Finesse and Ruthless Cunning... Haste is not a facter with me i am normaly at any given time during a fight at or above 175 Haste... DPS on the other hand fluctuates... after both Finesse and Cunning are down i use On Guard.. then i just continue on.. I am also a Human race so I use race trait buff (Str Buff) at the beggining before pull...
This combination always has worked for me ... maybe it will work for you..

I agree with Leithe as well, I open with Stealthy Charge then go avoidance debuffs, mit debuffs, offensive debuffs then I have my remaining CA's ordered by recast time.

Re: Raiding Swashi Casting Order.
On pull I use a macro,
/Assist tankname
/Usea Eye Point (debuffs parry), mob turns and,
/usea Lung Bleed (debuffs offensive skills)
Once that is done I then use my second macro,
/Usea Lucky Break
/usea Trickery (debuffs wis and def)
/usea Bedazzling Steel (debuffs dps)
After that....it really depends on the encounter.

Unless it has been changed recently, you can only use 2 CAs in a macro due to inability to que more than one ability.

Lucky Break is instant cast/recovery and not exactly a CA, and assisting a tank is most definately not a CA!
Just as a point of clarification I use both macros all the time, and they work. Admittedly, sometimes another group member's coin toss will mess up mine.

Re: Raiding Swashi Casting Order.
if i get ritual or jester before a pull i use finesse and cunning on incoming nearly when mob is sitting where u want him, then defense debuffs in quick on guard and spamming cas waiting for any more haste to start inspi , dps debuff and lungbleed in as first after defense debuff and on guard
