Fabled version, perhaps, but still it's our premiere class-defining weapon. The reason he wants it in the off hand is so he can put his 4.5 delay PvP weapon in the main hand. For PvE you're better off just going with a raid weapon which will go in the off hand.

Tbh I kinda forgot about the fabled version cause my focus has been on the mythical. ;)

Well, at the very absolute least it'd take 800 player kills to get them both(but potentially alot more than that because the system of reward is erratic). I just use Charm's Way and Carotidcutter, it really doesn't seem worth the effort for the PvP weapons.

I imagine Popsi got Parting Silk before the epics went live and would now like to be able to use the PvP weapon he earned with the Epic weapon he earned.

Popsi you should probably just petition and try to get Parting Silk replaced with Ghost. If you get a GM that isn't outsourced from India or some shit (Hello, I am GM _____, I understand your problem is "exactly what you wrote in the subject line.") then I suspect they might understand and be willing to switch the weapons for you.
