I'll say it again because it's of utmost importance: both weapons should have the same delay (aim for a 4 second off-hand..that's what your epic is at) and you muuuust learn to time each one in between your combat arts. Instant DPS improvement.

Rogue(spec'd hp atm, if you want to max dps u can swap STA points into str/int):

No wonder so many swashies complain about aggro. I'm an aggro whore if I don't have 5pts in Avoid Blame. (Swash tree) HUGE difference.

When I'm tanking, I'll take that buff off and hold aggro against all but the highest spike DPSers with better gear than me.

Sac the 5pts in Flash of Steel - minimal gain.

Edit:
And get rid of the 2pts in "Sack" (now Viscerate) and put the 2pts in Razor's Edge to reduce mob's riposte dmg.

i barely ever have agro issues and i don't have 5 points spent in avoid blame.

Actually I never really get above 40s and 50s in any worthwhile situation. Evasive Maneuvers knocks off close to 10 hate per application and the old hideaway is good for at least 15 or so. Baffle drops the meter around 4 or 5 normally for me.

/shrug

I just use them all the time when they refresh if I'm pushing up above 50.

im an aggro whore with or without Avoid Blame AA , so i just decided not to use do it.

I agree with the original posted spec but on the tso tree I see some choose Sinister Strike over Offensive Prowess... I still cant get a solid answer as to whether or not 520 is the hard cap for piercing skill. If it is I will remove my points from there asap and get Sin strike... but if its not well yea.
