I like my setup, I set the big debuffs next to each other, the 3 10 second recast CAs in a row, and then the slow recast big hits, with the miscellaneous debuff/dps mid range recast off to the side. Typically I start off a fight with either lungbleed or Kidney stab, then go to TS hit the 2nd of the 2 i didn't hit, then hit the other 10 second recasts followed by Sack then I move from right to left.

My group window is right of my hotbars... my raid window is just under my journal quest and under my raid window is a small box that tell me my melee dmg, also tells me when I'm too far away.
