There is a 'melee' line on the bottom of the table which has 0 hit rate and accumulates all your auto-attack misses, it's a problem with russian logs parsing. The sheet is too long, but you can see it near the pie chart (doing obviously 0 dps)
p.s. and obviously he wouldn't have parsed 6k auto-attack dps if he had 100% hit rate. And you can easily find out that some attacks are missing, since 189/(263/4) - we assume that he has 100% DA which he should have - would mean that he was at 3.0 weapon delay, which isn't the case with capped haste. Ofcourse there is an option 'his timing sucks', but it cant be THAT bad.
