Looking for a little help

I'm looking for a list of combat arts which do not get upgraded anymore after a certain level. Anyone can help me out ?

The Only Combat Arts we have that do not get upgraded are Temp Buffs and a Threat Decreaser..

Ruthless Cunning -- Mid 30's ??
Spuriouse Bravado -- 50 ??
Perfect Finese -- Mid 60's ??
Hurricane -- 55
Hideaway -- No Clue

I am not 100% certain on the levels at witch you aquire these spells but they are the only onese that I can think of that do not increase up to lvl 80.

Read the 101.

67 - Perfect Finesse
62 - Swarthy Disorder (Take it as M2)
61 - Hideaway
60 - Spurious Bravado
52 - Hurricane
35 - Ruthless Cunning
