Re: TSO Armor
It is the final fabled gear...I saw some patterns drop from raid mobs. Any of you who think the stats (crit / da) are as good as VP set are on crack. The crit is worse, and therefore most of the pieces are downgrades not upgrades. I truely hope they fix that, or people will not be wearing the pieces much at all (except shoulders and maybe chest). Heck, even the helm isn't as good as the 4 da 4 crit one that everyone got from the noob raidzone....so sad.

Re: TSO Armor
This is not the final raid gear, the devs have already said they will be sitting down to adjust the stats on this gear in the very near future. Now, what exactly their definition of the very near future is remains to be determined.

Learn to look at the overall stats and not each invidual piece...However, the gear is far from being good (progression wise), that's why it is being changed.
The gear is NOT final. It's going to be changed, but the question is when.
This have been said multiple times.

Re: TSO Armor
I haven't been in beta and I barely read about TSO, minus stuff about swash.. but i did read/heard somewhere that they were changing crits and DA with crit/DA multiplier.. so are they gonna nerf old-zone gear as well? to fit the multiplier thing?
Enlight me! (typo)

if they dont get beefed up, it will all boil down to how hard you need the crit mitt.
But who knows they said they're looking at the patterns....

Re: TSO Armor
It's retarded. When I say "final" fabled gear...I mean it is the best fabled set gear you will get in TSO. It is the equivalent to VP set gear in that it is the best set gear in the raid zones.
The problem is that even when you compare the TSO legendary set pieces, the gloves and shoulders for example, have better dps stats than the fabled set. If the legendary set gloves have nice dps stats as well as 38 haste on them, then the fukin fabled set gloves should have haste as well in my opinion. It just makes no sense.
You guys can argue this as much as you want, but I'm talking about individual pieces here, not gay-ass set bonuses. The new legs are worse than the VP legs hands down. The new boots are worse than the old VP boots hands down. The new forearms are not as good as the VP ones, hands down. I /feedbacked it many times, so hopefully you all will do the same to help this gay situation.
I'm guessing that it was a different person making the fabled sets than the legendary sets...kinda of like in ROK when some heroic instance loot was better than VP loot, lmao.

Re: TSO Armor
Slippery man, things are not always as they seem. What if a player has Annihilator's Hoop, or Resplendent Raiment, or old crit robe etc. 100% melee crit is not hard to get, especially with temporary adorns , so that's like 8% from a bard, a max 6% from temp adorns, which is 14%. I have a constant 83% and i definitely do not have near the best raid gear. You can afford to lose crit on the boots and gloves etc to get the set bonuses and get a little overall better outcome. THe set isnt as bad as it seems and will likely get upgraded which is even better. The shoulders, though, are by far the best piece.
Even though the gear doesnt add more stats, it does add more overall balanced stats and the BP is decent as well with a 10%-15% DA proc. I cant really complain, esp if they are getting upgraded.

Re: TSO Armor
Axumi, it's multiplier/bonus to Crits, not Crits. It just make your crits hit harder.
