Wondering what a Swashy can solo at level 80 with say Mythical and some raid gear?




Guild mate and I were chatting and came up. We dont have on in guild so figured I'd ask here.

Yes, Swashes can solo quite well...the best part is that we kill stuff faster than about any other class solo.

With some practice, swapping a few pieces of gear, you can comfortably solo every named in Karnors Castle except for the blue heroic on the bottom that requires clickies.

I soloed the 83 yellow heroic named guard in Freeport instance for the new Shadow Odyssey signature questline. It was freaking hard and took me 7 tries, though.

One helpful tip I would recommend is quest and wear the Deity cloak: Cloak of Justice for stuns, and you might want to use vitality breach poison (heals) and Stupify poison (stuns). Also, make sure you are in offense stance, so that you can actually hit the mob often enough to keep it stunned. I prefer DW so I can kill the mob a lot faster than with a shield. Make use of your aoe stun, stealth stun ca, cheap shot stun, and definitely "don't walk the plank" (turns mob around).

I was thinking the same thing. As far as burst melee DPS I would have to say Brigands are top of that list with Bruisers a distant second.
