Does anyone really like it? Most my spells are right at 28.6 seconds... with my 5% reuse cloak, i could take off the cloak but my guild uses a paladin as a our main tank for most stuff so im gaining another 10% reuse from his group buff from aa.

Precision Striking = Base recast. JCap, RoA or anything else won't affect which CA's that will get the bonus from it (I tested it on Beta).
