So with the new changes swarthy is an ability that is cast on the tank every 30 seconds for ~18000 hate a minute that works out to 300 hps, where as the live swarthy (assuming a vary modest 6000dps) 19% hate transfer is 1,140 hps, while not counting hate from debuffs, not counting epic or mythical increase to the transfer rate. And I have already commented on the hate increase from bravado in another thread.

Not a fair trade in any situation. We will blow up any hate parse without even thinking about it and so will so many other classes that rely on us transferring hate to the MT.

Sure we have a proc - but to my mind it only makes sense to have the swashy mythical effect AE double attack or something that fits our class. Why not make Mythical proc have an added 15% AE double attack? That seems to fit with what others are getting - well except assassin who get a "dev plays me" lovin.

Reread your mythical, Improve your Ca by 10% NOT FLURRY OR DA but it not nothing!
