Wow, pretty decent changes. BP isn't that bad anymore, but chainlinks of hatred are still better.

Whats the difference between + Melee crit chance and + Melee crit bonus ?
Bonus increases the (max) crit damage ?

Yes. The standard crit multiplier is 1.3. With that BP you'll crit for up to 1.35 x max damage.
