Surely is my way of playing, but I have the following problem when raiding:

I cast 3 CA, wait a moment, then cast 3 CA again. I make like 4k or 5k dps, when our top 1 (assassin) is doing like 12k.
Then I turn on lazy mode and only autoattack, I even don't cast any of our dps or haste temporary spells, and I do like 6k or 7k dps.

The group is the same for both.

What is my problem? I'm not timing well my autoattacks between my CA? Don't tell me "learn to play", that's what I'm asking

You answered your own question. 3 CA's in between each auto attack is too much time. Lower it and try different numbers to see whats best for you. It all depends on your connection and how much lag you get.

Work on your timing skills, try on dummies in your guild hall if needed.
In general, you want to cast 2 CA inbetween swings (I sometimes cast 3 just when I have ROA going and if I have very low lag).
Use ACT anytime you play, check how many swings you are producing and average delay on every fight, until you realize how to do a better timing.

It's also a good idea to use profitUI for example because it shows you your current haste.
With a certain amount of haste you can increase your dps by only casting 1 CA between auto attacks, so if a bard cast Chime of blades and spurious bravado proc haste should go through the roof and using 1 CA become more effective.

I don't think it's possible for timing to make a 2k difference in your case. Even if you're only getting 1k out of your CAs that'd mean you're almost doubling your autoattack DPS which doesn't really seem possible, I don't think it's mathematically possible to delay your autoattacks by 100% on average.

What you're currently doing is the worst of both worlds though. If you're not going to actually time it you're better off just spamming CAs.

really dont get in a hurry, unless chime or something is up your temps,,ect... other then that ,swashys are a smooth fighting classs.....so how ever heckle it gets stay cool and flow your CA.....Fill the force!

Hehe, nice answers, thanks, I'm trying with dummies and so I can see only my damage and try to see how frequently I autoattack. Once I get it properly solo, I'll try to master it in raids.

You can change settings to always only see your own damage. May help you a bit so you can see in groups/raids.

Cuts down on a lil lag too.

use act w/ doubleattack plugin so u can hear your auto attacks.
easy cheesy to time cas then.
watch your haste too. if your 200 (125%) plus, you'll, like said above, have to limit cas.
