This is kind of a noob question, but I'm just curious as to how I'm doing on my DPS at the moment. I don't really have anyone to compare with so it's hard to gauge.

Our current MT group is: Temp, Mystic, Dirge (with BC on me), Myth Illy, Pally, and me.

In raids, before procs and potions, I'm at 58 MC and 57 DA.

Using Fabled epic and Betrayal's Song at the moment.

On SoH trash (one of my guild's main targets atm), I'm pushing 7-8k zw. (Quick note, this was before I re-specced my AA's and got both TSO endlines) The guild is newly formed so we have a lot of work to do and our raidwide DPS is in the 30-40k range.

Just wondering if this is decent or I need to re-examine things to get more out of myself?

Aside from that tho, you're doing around 20% of your raids DPS? I'd say you're doing just fine.

For your super shitty gear, no myth, and your less than stellar raid guild, you're doing just fine.

IA > BC imo.

Most recent one I could find, don't think it was a full clear... Raidwide was 33.7k

And, I've noticed that I do slightly higher DPS with BC than IA... or at least it seems like it :p

Looks fine to me. Like I said, if you're doing 20% of your raid's DPS, you're doing just fine.

Your raid tho, should be the ones asking for help...

Yeah... I'm in the process of seeing if we can up their DPS. We have some decently skilled players that are lacking in gear and some of the finer aspects of DPS.

You're doing roughly what I was doing when I had roughly the same gear, and I'm fucking awesome, so you're doing okay.

Make sure your raid is buffing correctly too. Like the right players should get the right buffs if dpsing trash is on the menu otherwise you will continue to suck at 40k.

You won't believe it but most illys are clueless on who to buff, despite them being the buff masters.

use your Aoe more..swathe when it up can hit for alot of damage dont let it stay refreshed..11.2k swathe hit< ====
And bedazzling stell should be used more often, every time it is up///macro it with you dpsing root .same timer
7 k not to bad for 40 k dps..i would think your toping the parser..or rather hope cause that is like what 1 group should be doing !
