Personally, I would vote for almost anyone who parses over 15K and is willing to actually share their secrets beyond "if you are lvl 80 you should know, and if you don't, gtfo!" I say "almost" because
the last thing we need is to back someone because they "blow shit up" and find out later that they are 16 years old and failing 9th grade English.

So I have an Idea

I think that anyone who wants to be the Swashbuckler forum mod should submit a Player's Guide (not just another series of links to other posts where a newbie asks a question and 25 people call his mother a whore before one bleeding heart breaks down and offers "throw a few in STR") as a form of resume'.

Not only will it prove they know the class and have our best interests at heart, but it will also prove that they have the literary skills to articulate our points to SOE when appropriate. People could vote simply by replying to the post and at the end of the day, the most replies wins. As an added benefit, along the way, the rest of us might learn a new trick or 2.
