No, this is also dumb. Only way you should spec in INT for raiding is: 4 - 1.

More HP > Damage to an AA that have low hit rate, long recast time and horrible damage.

Also look at it this way: Imagine the extra HP saving you at least ONCE per raid. Then zonewide, you have certainly gained dps compared to having 8 points in INT or boot dagger.

It also makes you look a little less stupid.
(Or less stupid than usual - whichever fits best)
