If you are CA chaining, Vorpal Blade misses fewer swings when hasted 100% or more. However because its a delay 2 weapon, Haste over 100% doesn't help when using CAs.
The two weapons may be very close because of two factors, lost swings to CAs and the fact that the damage ratio is higher on the Vorpal Blade so it gets a large benefit from Melee Crits.
