Help a poor craptastic Swashie please!

In CoD, on trash, I'm hitting around 3K. Raid wide, I'm not sure but probably in the ballpark of 100K, maybe less (Mostly alts to get myths).

Keep in mind that since it's my alt I don't get a whole lot of chances to get gear raid gear so it's pretty much what I can get from instances and quests.

If I remember correctly (I'm at work) crit is at 59% and DA is 26%.

A few M1s but not enough to really even consider. I've found getting M1s to be slow and/or expensive. Our guild is working on a myth run now so I'll be completing his myth this week.

What type of damage poisons should I "usually" use?

I'm sure my casting order is AFU as well. Right now, I'm using all of my CAs that debuff then straight damage ones.

Basically if we can get another good Templar and I can get my DPS up I'll be switching to my swash (Hopefully, maybe) and I want to get ahead of the curve now.

Poisons I use Caustic on pretty much all instance raid mobs(tso) and Hemo on Avatars(still testing to see which is best, so more xp vets plz chime in)
I usually run Essence of Turgur for my blue and Enfeebling for my purple.

I've been a monk for over 3 years and just recently switched to swash, and I am really missing strikethrough. Melee hit rates are just garbage, I think without a dirge my auto's are about 65%ish(I don't have any avatar loot yet) give or take a few %.

Farm the piss out of Crucible/NA/ and JW EA. for those charms. The one from crucible is pretty damn rare so gl on that one. NA is a more common drop, I think I seen it 1 in 4 runs, compared to the Essence of Mastery only once since TSO launch( just got mine last month).

Getting a good offhand could prove to be annoying depending on your guilds capabilities. If you can get past switchmaster then you have a chance of getting a fairly decent offhand. If not then I'd go with Razor sharp from Tombs or Lifespike from SoH.

Gear is going to be the biggest improvement after you get your myth.

Got my myth!

For armor, I have a good chance at getting the WoE "utility" T3 shard armor since almost no one bids on it. Then again I snatch it up pretty fast on my Templar (Main) because I have delusions of DPSing on him. What do you guys think of that armor?
