waiting for auto attack is a waste of time. just know when it's going to hit and cast CA faster, you're almost mashing, but it's to the point where you still get every auto attack in you need. so, after i cast 2 ca, wait like 1/10th of a second ( :P ) and start casting 2 more. just gets things faster and , yeah more hits in

Well that's quite what is happening. when i say i wait, it more like a little pause ie i'm not queueing another CA.

The only time you can really fuck up Auto attack (assuming your not prequeing like a mage) is if you hit a long cast ca just before auto lands, while you may delay that auto attack a bit it wont destroy your parse. Timing is obviously better if you don't delay AA because of Hurricane and the 9 million procs that go off, however if you are actively watching and trying then your most likely not missing to many.

As far as ACT and the AA bar mod, well they help some, (ACT beep makes me want to punch cute little puppies in the throat) but I use my perpetual counter in my head and other little tell tales that I picked up before all that junk.

Point is to parse decent you can mash but not preque, To parse like a beast, ... well you have to try and time.

Just my opinion I could be wrong, if it was said already I didnt pay attention, if you don't like it ... well I just don't care
