I just got this tonight, I haven't had a chance to use this yet, but should I set up a macro when I use this so I don't kill myself?

If so what is a good macro to use, I have never made one.

Have you even tried to create a macro? Or an equipment macro? It's pretty easy, with an 'equip' macro that makes it drag-n-drop easy. Come back with specific questions once you've tried a few things.

And be sure to test it thoroughly before using it. I think you won't be able to use it during combat.

Or you can just open your bags, find your alternate neck item, and double-click it to swap it with the choker.

hotbar the neck slots from within your inventory, when you click the hotkey it will equip the item

Do not do this. You need to learn to create a macro. You can replace every item with just one macro. Is incredibly useful.

well i know right now I got quite a few items on my hot bars (3 cloaks) and now my 2 necklaces, being able to free up a couple extra slots would be nice.

ive used the item forever, hardly switch it off.... i stopped raiding after i got my anasthi bp and earring or id have the neckace from her too.
