Its also possible that in your Undeath BP macro you include the re-equip of your normal bp. As its been stated it won't equip->use->re-quip with one click. But it will work with 2 clicks; so that it equips and uses the undeath bp on the first click, then re-equips the normal bp on the second (provided you wait 2 secs before the second click). Saves you some hotbar space and simplifies things some.

I precast the fight with dashing swathe, which would normally proc a poison+bravado, and then finish an HO with double cross and proceed down the line hitting whatever is up, as for COB, i found it worse to switch to Kilij during cob and cast inspiration, so i use inspiration when my backstabs are down and cob is down. it works well for me /shrug. en garde whenever its up too =p

Depending on the encounter, I usually cast my cooldowns and blow my AoE load (assuming it's a multiple mob encounter) or just start with Lung Puncture/Dazzling Steel then go to Whirl of Blades, Guile, then the rest really doesn't matter much to me.

I'm Agi/Wis so I can spam CA's really fast, and I almost always have a Dirge and Templar/Inquis. for Divine Recovery... I can almost get carpeltunnel after an hour of raiding =p, but I parse decently, missing only 10% of my autoattacks on average, using a Ancient Sarnak War Cutlass.
