Str/Agi vs Str/Wis with certain group setup

So, i will basically have a dirge and an inquis in my group at all times, if i have dirk of negativity and rapier of darkness/vamp axe of balance, vs something like chel shard, which set up would be better?

What makes you say str/wis? have you seen two swashbucklers with different builds in this setup? what makes you so sure of str/wis?

i use chel's shard and use agi/wis i parse a lot higher now then str/wis but it does depend on what buffs your getting from your group

Pirate Stab can go apeshit if you have a dirge and templar with you. In the end I think with mose weapons you end up with better dps using Agi/Wis in the right group but it's at the cost of TS which if you are raiding would be up to the guild in that case.

I've spec'd both. While running in near same exact group. (always with a dirge at least) and still find that STR/WIS parses higher and I'm only using a Chel'Drak's shard. That being said the other swashy that I raid with uses a Shadow Axe currently (new recruit) and has AGI/WIS and can rip off some nice parses (with a dirge minimally) but in the end I've found that STR/WIS is more consistent in any group setup. Not to mention having a few rogues with TS is pretty nice utility. (But not necessarily needed)
