Random items to use to get just a little more dps

So theres a few items floating around that are either clickies or items with proc effects on them. Anyone know any other really good proc/clicky effect items from any tier that I can add to my inventory?

Explain to me where I am losing dps and what earring you would wear in it's stead. Relic Hunters Solitaire?

think that would be better. i'd rather have 2% extra crit than the 1.0 proc.
But then again maybe with dirge and templar in group the increased proc becomes better again.
And im not sure if you really lose dps with brock's if you use it when all ca's are down

Relic Hunter is 1% crit change - the League stuff is 2%.

Tbh Onaupu, Brock's Thermal Shocker sucks. It does 300-350 damage or somewhere near that and it seems to have a 2seconds+ casting time; when hasted as a swashie your weapon delay is under those 2 seconds and your weapon will probably do more than just that 300-350 damage from the Shocker. When on raids you are probably more hasted so the Shocker is dps loss.
As for the Planar Orb of the Wanderer. I wear it over the Relic Hunter's Solitaire even though the stats aren't that attractive(on the Planar Orb). When it crits it does well close to 750-800 damage and with a dirge it procs some more. It's a nice item and just too easy to get actually.
Try and persuade me to wear Relic Hunter's Solitaire instead of Planar Orb of the Wanderer. I am interested to see so even though it has resist and at least more power
