We're starting up with a new advertising company today. We terminated our previous agency based on malware being downloaded to some (but not all) of our users.

As I've come to learn, malicious ad code is not as rare as I thought. Our new ad agency is very on top of this, however, and has a procedure for reporting malware/adware/viruses that are suspected of being delivered through their ad code using a special form on their site.

If you suspect that you are getting malware/adware/viruses from our advertising, please report those things by using following the instructions in this form:

Yieldmanager - Report Spyware or Adware Problems

Also, our problems today resulted in the generation of many, many different complaint threads. It's ok to complain here, but it will be much easier for me and efficient for everyone if we can do that in this thread in the future.

This new advertiser seems WAY better, so far:

-No loud sounds
-No NSFW ads
-No malware

I've got over 1000 page views myself under the new ads for testing purposes, and haven't seen anything like that from our new advertiser myself.
