Nah I don't like OEM Vista because it ties the license to the motherboard. So if you upgrade hardware you have to buy Vista again.

If you buy the upgrade version of retail and install it, you get a 30 trial of Vista, then you upgrade from within Vista to Vista (lol) and you get a genuine copy. Or whatever.

I refuse to recommend an OEM computer as you take it in the ass no matter what.

I'd agree with you but the fact that hes requesting to purchase an OS to begin with should rule out non genuine exploits

I'd save myself the $100 and have a nice version of Vista Ultimate for free.

I can have it built, that's not an issue. I just wanted someone to do all the work for me. Unless someone can find a prebuilt somewhere that's comparable. I was being a smartass is all.
