Photoshop help

Okay, my boss needed something for an Ad, and the old person who did our shit lost it all or something and he didn't feel like paying him to do it again I guess, So I attempted to recreate it.

Well, I know enough about photoshop to be able to make something, but the resolutions/saving and shit i know nothing about really.

This lady needs something high res, in a pdf, for a 3inx5in ad.

I have a few saved files on hand.

I need it that size for print, but it needs to be legible and high res. This is the larger size background image minus the text. The text I can add in know problem in 5 minutes, I just need it to be legible.

I have a 29meg 4100x2000 if you need to see that of the background image, and a semi smaller one also.

Ps. this needs to get done today so any advice would be appreciated thanks!

EDIT - It has to be 4.875 x 3.375

not 3x5 my bad.

If youre sending it to print, theyll take anything you give them and resize it down themselves. Put the text on the large one and send that to whoever you need to. The only time that Ive ever seen someone reject a super high quality image was our local village magazine and only because the lady herself had zero computer ability and did it all by hand before giving it to the printers... who then scanned it and printed it.

I think I got it. Somewhere it was compressing fucked up. And yea, I originally sent this bitch a huge file, and it looked great, and she slike omg no we need a small one sillY!
