Video card drivers

So I have an Alienware aurora m9700 and it has a geforce 7900GS in it. I can only use the drivers from the alienware website which are from like 2006 and I can't use the newest nvidia drivers, does anyone know if there are 3rd party drivers I could use that would be more up to date?

Can I use these on any nvidia card?!

I have the exact same laptop and had the same driver problems, and found to be the best option right now.

Vista: v175.16 VISTA 32bit | NVIDIA - nVision

XP: v175.16 XP 32bit | NVIDIA - nVision

You will have to download the modded INF file for it to work, but it's pretty simple if you don't know how too, just use this walkthrough.
