Looking for something I can attach to my headphones or shirt to use as a good mic.

right now I'm using this,



and the feedback / static / background noise is horrible.

looking to spend like 20 bucks max for something reliable. hook it up.

Have nice headphones. I got sick of having headsets that I couldn't use when I was out snowboarding because of the big mic on them. So I got nice headphones. And I'm sick of having a pos headset around my neck playing games while having my headphones on also.

It's been a LONG time since I worked there but your local radio shack probably still sells a "Tie Clip Mic" which is what you are looking for... they always had good sound quality for the price. Should just plug right in to you sound card/MB though you may need a long(er) cord but they should have that too.

Though tbh they really cut down on the amount of tiny niche stuff they used to carry over the last 15 years.
