Hi!

I was in a group, when my EQII closed itself and i couldn't log in again... the log-in allways says (after tipping my pw), that the login is interrupted...

after 20 mins trying, I resetted my pw and tried again... but now i can't even log in into my account on station.sony.com... there i get the message "Error Code: error.authentication.retrieval.fail " ...

can anyone help??
