Default Help please! vivaxsdk.dll freezing on patcher!

Trying to load up my EQ2 after the update and all is well except when I try to download one of the files it stops my uploads. Any help would be appreciated.





EDIT: Yes I have done a full file scan and even tried rebooting my comp and it didn't work

Default Latest update patch

I use windows Vista in the past if I let EQ run as administrator the patches would upload.

This latest patch keeps canceling trying to upload the vivaxsdk.dll download.

Does anybody have any ideas or do I have to turn something off in order to get the full download of the latest patch?

think I'm having the same issue...pissing me off...doesnt even give me the option to enter the game the launcher only says its "updating" but theres nothing updating....

running a full file scan atm I'll keep you posted

Usually manually deleting the offending file works.

What is the offending file and where is it located to delete? Would this make the update patcher work and let me enter the game? Plus will the new updates be working?

If it's sticking on "vivaxsdk.dll" that's normally the offending file. I would do a search to find it.

And yes, once deleted the patcher should function correctly.

looks like they are pushing fucked up files, Vivoxsdk.dll is a Vivox (new in game voice chat)

I bet they screwed up and pointed voice dlls to the production server on accident.

Just try to log in, and if that doesn't work... wait for them to fix it.
