Default US servers and how do I get there?
Ok sorry for asking something that might be quite obvious but can I, being european, get on a US server or is it like AoC where i need another version of the game?

When you load the Launchpad, select Language English [US], instead of English [EU] or whatever it is for you.

Upper right hand corner, can't miss it.

Has anybody ever noticed that the I Accept and I Decline buttons change position comparing US and UK window? Now that's fun.

They alternate them whenever they change something in the EULA. And they've changed the EU one more, so they alternated once or thrice more often thus ending up that way.
