RMA the pos, what kind of psu is it anyways? Looks low-end, and I know you are on a budget, but that is one thing you should never ever ever skimp on 
If newegg makes ya pay a 15% restocking tell em to shove it up their ass, and in the future you will be going to zipzoomfly or tigerdirect. They might shrug you off, or offer some kind of monetary compensation.

One of the few times I agree with Gaige, especially on computers...
I own a TT powersupply, love it, prolly won't buy anything but TT from now on.
I go with TT for price/performance ratio, but for 130$ you should have got a corsair or something more reliable than antec...
On a higher end PSU like this, I would have gone with these, just from skimming what newegg has...
Someone like Gaige would like this...

Might have been that cheap for a reason bro
But yea, I still stick by TT, I love mine, and I have like a 500 watter from ages ago (early early 2006, think I paid 30$ after discounts for it)
