Free space discrepancy in FreeBSD

/dev/ad6s1d 902G 4.0K 830G 0% /usr/dongs
That's a 1TB SATA drive (which is actually 931GB), and for some reason, it shows 72GB used by nothing when UFS formatted (softupdates being on or off don't seem to affect it). Any ideas?
