No need, just simply ignore the irrelevant fuckwit that attempted to be a wise arse in the first place. Apart from the +1 to their post count I can't see any other use to the post in question.
Its a known problem and it looks like they are trying to fly out an update to fix these issues. Rothgar stated that a hotfix was due Tuesday or some such, though I assume that is the US servers so maybe a day or 2 later for the Euros?
Fingers crossed it works.
