I can't recall the last time I paid shipping at NewEgg, perhaps it's different in Canada.
Regardless, you're throwing away a lot of money buying a retail OS. To me, between the OS, MB, CPU and RAM there is enough justification to order online and pay for expedited shipping if you have to.
CPU (+30), MB (+4), RAM (+43), OS(+98) .. you're spending $175 more on the same components. But, that said, go buy that PSU from NCIX before the sale is over (I think it ends today or tomorrow). That's an awesome deal.
If it were me, I'd do two orders:
NewEgg.ca
Motherboard - -4
CPU - -30
RAM - -43
OS - -98
Newegg.ca - Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit 1-Pack for System Builders - Operating Systems (Or
here if you want the NCIX equivalent, -7 instead)
NCIX.com
PSU - Corsair TX750W 750W
HD - Western Digital Caviar Black 640GB
GPU - GeForce GTX 275
HS - H50
NCIX.com - Buy Corsair Cooling Hydro Series H50 High Performance CPU Cooler System LGA775 LGA1366 LGA1156 AM2 AM3 - CWCH50-1 In Canada.
Like others have said I'd prefer a 5870, but you wont find one. Perhaps with the money saved you can pony up for a cheap 60GB SSD.
