Alright, so I was starting to put together a part list for a new PC to build sometime in the future, with a cost of around $1700-2000 or lower. Here's the build: Intel Core i7-3770K - System Build - PCPartPicker, it isn't complete and what I have in there is subject to change. I am probably going to upgrade some parts, such as the RAM, maybe a 256gb SSD, any suggestions or comments would be welcome. I would especially like some help choosing a video card, was thinking of doing SLI but not completely sure. Monitor suggestions would be great as well, currently using a 22" and it seems to be fine for me, but any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
Intel Core i5-3570K, Galaxy GeForce GTX 670, Fractal Design Arc Mini - System Build - PCPartPicker was bored..32 gig ram is a waste unless your planing on a ramdisk ..22'' monitor sucks once you play on anything bigger..im going for a 27'' but thats costs alot more.. you can go alot cheaper too..just something to look at
I wouldn't choose that motherboard, and if you want the Arc Mini you need a Micro ATX board. I'd get a single GFX card rather than SLI.
My favorite small-ATX case: Newegg.com - LIAN LI PC-V700B Black Aluminum ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
Alright, filled in everything I didn't have except for the power supply, link: Intel Core i7-3770K, MSI GeForce GTX 670 - System Build - PCPartPicker, will dig out a link to that case too. Only thing I haven't looked at at all yet is extra fans, any thoughts on those?
Here's the case, PCPartPicker doesn't have it so I can't add it: Corsair Carbide Series Black 300R Mid-Tower Computer Case (CC-9011014-WW):Amazon:Computers & Accessories
