Your STR line won't have enough to get the last ability. You'd need:

4/4/6/8/2 STR

which would mean you'd have to give up a point in melee crits or heal crits.

I think I'm going to go with:

4/4/6/8/2 INT
4/4/7/6 STA
4/4/6/8/2 AGI

Correct. You can have three lines. 2 at 4/4/6/8/2 and one at 4/4/6/8 and have an extra point to spend whereever you want.

No, you'd have to have 2 at 4-4-6-8-2, and one at 4-4-5-8 with 0 AAs to spend. Starter AA = 1 point spent :P

for normal dps purposes after int and sta lines would you guys prefer the proc from str line or the double attack from agi? regardless of what the rest of them lines do

I wouldn't worry about dps in RoK until most of raid contest becomes farm status but proc from str line is much better cuz its procs on nuke/melee

Yup, it doesnt cancel and it is totally worth it IMO as long as you get the %2 to parry and the block adornment for your round shield (not a buckler)

After you get done with a zone, right click on your tanks name and check out the Avoidance Report you will be amazed at how much you actually blocked and parried for him.
